We are looking for a Medical Director to join our team, that lives to serve and have fun doing so. Here you will be making a difference in the lives of pets and people.
The Medical Director will be a driver of hospital practice, focusing on crafting an outstanding customer experience. You will take pride in offering unmatched compassionate care, ensuring our communication with our clients is clear and understood. You will be a pivotal piece of the workflow, establishing an efficient movement of patients and clients through their appointments. They will partner with the practice manager in leadership, patient care, staff mentorship and development, and meeting the financial goals of the practice.
You will see a variety of wellness cases and have an opportunity to practice high-quality medicine based on AAHA standards. Our facility features an over-sized treatment room with laboratory and pharmacy, digital radiology suite with an ultrasound unit, designated surgical suite, two exam rooms, and the space to practice medicine appropriately. We leverage your time and expertise with highly experienced staff with 15 years of combined experience and long term tenure with the hospital. You will have excellent work, life, and family balance with a schedule that does not include Sundays, overnights, or on-call.

5+ years of experience.
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to explain medical terms and conditions using simple language.
Availability to work some Saturdays
