Nemours is seeking an experienced physician leader to serve as the Medical Director of Employee Health in Wilmington, DE. As the leader for employee health, the Medical Director will provide medical oversight and clinical leadership of the enterprise Employee Health function for all associates to support and promote safety in the workforce.

Qualified candidates will:

  • Direct and coordinate the medical care of associates

  • Carry out duties of Medical Review Officer (MRO)

  • Participate in administrative decision-making, establish policies, procedures and guidelines designed to ensure clinical best practice for associate occupational health issues

  • Be able to obtain clear and active Delaware and Florida medical licenses and MRO certification
