Title: Surgical Medical Device Sales Rep

Territory: Orange County

Description:

• Taking territory over from Sales Manager, as an expansion territory.
• Ability to work closely with leadership to take over existing accounts and continue to open new business YOY as well.
• Calling on Hospitals Surgical Suite and Surgery Centers.
• Sell operating room surgical medical devices to hospital administration, surgical suite directors, charge nurses, and surgeons.
• Build strong relationships with surgeons, surgical suite staff, and purchasing departments
• Not on call, only local travel

Requirements:

• 1+ yrs experience in surgical device sales, Associate Sales Rep, or Surgical Case Coverage. Ideally looking for someone familiar with the operating room and surgical products.
• Proven ability to knock on doors, cold call, prospect and close new business
• Track record of consistent over quota attainment and solid sales achievements
• Someone driven, motivated, and can grow a territory

Compensation: 50-60 base salary, 100K+ total 1st year, uncapped commissions, extra bonuses, car allowance + Gas, Expenses, and full medical benefits. YOY growth in role and compensation, Top Reps are earning over $300k annually in this position.
