A Philadelphia company has a fantastic career opportunity for an articulate, highly-skilled Medical Customer Service Representative. This position is based in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. As the Medical Customer Services Representative, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to: answer incoming calls, take detailed notes and relay them to on-site physicians, provide accurate and friendly customer service in a timely fashion, activate clinical emergency codes, assist with clinical and administrative tasks as requested.

Requirements
The ideal Medical Customer Service Representative is upbeat and maintains a positive approach towards work rooted in professionalism as well as strong customer service and interpersonal skills. Must have two plus years of switchboard experience in a goal-driven and customer service-based environment. Knowledge of medical terminology required. Must be highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and demonstrate knowledge of computer software programs and office equipment. Qualified applicants should send their resume to .
