As the Medical Customer Services Representative, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to: answer incoming calls, take detailed notes and relay them to on-site physicians, provide accurate and friendly customer service in a timely fashion, activate clinical emergency codes, assist with clinical and administrative tasks as requested.
The ideal Medical Customer Service Representative is upbeat and maintains a positive approach towards work rooted in professionalism as well as strong customer service and interpersonal skills. Must have two plus years of switchboard experience in a goal-driven and customer service-based environment. Knowledge of medical terminology required.
