Accurately documents all reported information in Composite HealthCare System database to be used for purpose of consult results retrieval and review of results by clinical provider staff.
Retrieve data and submits monthly reports to supervisor to be used for education and training for the MTFs medical personnel.
Track medical results received from specialty providers and determine appropriate time lines to make contact with specialty providers and to submit results of evaluation from the specialty/consulting providers.
Communicate with various medical personnel, to provide documentation to medical specialty providers for evaluation.
Follow-up on outstanding consults by contacting appropriate personnel to obtain a copy of the required medical documentation within established time standards.
Manage medical consultations by retrieving and processing electronically transferred patient consultation from the Composite Health Care System.
Accurately annotate date/time of specialty appointment, authorization number, and location of provider to be utilized in consult results retrieval.

Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes experience participating in the operation of an organization by performing routine administrative clerical work, and customer service. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-04).
Education: Four years of education above the high school level obtained in an accredited business, secretarial or technical school, junior college, college or university.
Combination of Education and Experience: A combination of education and experience may be used to qualify for this position as long as the computed percentage of the requirements is at least 100%. To compute the percentage of the requirements, divide your total months of experience by 12. Then divide your semester hours of education beyond two years (total semester hours minus 60) by 60. Add the two percentages.
