They are fast growing, constantly partnering and acquiring new sites and organizations They are on track to become one of the largest site networks in the country The Role Manage 5 patient recruiters in a call center environment Call patients regarding study enrollment Coordinate with external recruiting partners and marketing agencies Utilize existing patient databases to call and/or respond to patients Design and implement new patient lead generation initiatives. Focus on the patient journey and experience to make it the best it can be Hands-on, data driven coaching including creating and tracking KPIs, education on protocol, appropriate documentation, and management to improve areas of underperformance and/or prevent underperformance Build and maintain a culture of accountability, collaboration, and results Requirements 1 years of direct management experience with at least 3 direct reports 2 years working with customers over the phone (scheduling, customer service, information, etc) Bilingual in Spanish
