Job Description Job Description We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Medical Biller to join our team. As a Medical Biller, you will be responsible for accurately processing claims and ensuring timely reimbursement for medical services provided.

This position is on-site and not remote. Responsibilities: Verify patient eligibility for coverage Accurately code medical procedures using ICD-10 and CPT coding systems Submit Medicaid claims electronically and ensure completeness and accuracy Follow up on denied or rejected claims, identifying and resolving issues promptly Communicate effectively with healthcare providers, insurance companies, and government agencies Maximize reimbursement by optimizing billing processes and identifying opportunities for improvement Maintain detailed records of billing activities and payments received Collaborate with the billing team to streamline workflows and improve efficiency Qualifications: Previous experience in medical billing, preferably with a focus on Medicaid billing Proficiency in medical coding systems such as ICD-10 and CPT Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Knowledge of healthcare billing software and electronic health records (EHR) systems Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
