• Assign appropriate medical codes using ICD-10 and ICD-9 coding systems

• Process medical claims and submit them to insurance companies for reimbursement

• Follow up on unpaid or denied claims and resolve any billing discrepancies

• Communicate with patients, healthcare providers, and insurance companies regarding billing inquiries or disputes

• Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information

• Stay updated on changes in medical coding regulations and guidelines Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Medical Biller or in a similar role

• Proficient in medical coding and terminology

• Knowledge of billing procedures and insurance guidelines

• Familiarity with electronic medical record systems

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
