Owning the client experience for executive clients by ensuring client satisfaction, diagnosing client issues, being accountable for issue resolution, and providing proactive relationship management.
Excellent verbal communication and written documentation skills.
Proficient in computer skills, including typing, navigating Windows-based platforms and utilizing Microsoft Office applications.

FQHC or RHC experience preferred
Experience using billing/Practice Management system (any program) preferred
Knowledge of insurance billing and medical terminology
EDI clearinghouse experience is a plus
Past experience with TPS systems a plus
Education: High school diploma, GED Certificate or equivalent. Bachelor's degree in Business or Healthcare Management preferred.
Experience: Minimum of two years' customer service experience. Minimum of six months' experience in an associate service delivery manager role or one year of experience in outside account management or service delivery. Healthcare industry experience is preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication skills and a strong affinity for customer service and dealing with people.
Ability to work in a fast paced, self-directed and team environment as well as excellent problem solving, organizational skills and professionalism.
Ability to work and speak to (influence) all levels of leadership within client organizations, as well as TPS.
