Full-time Medical Assistant and Front Desk Receptionist needed for a busy oncology practice in Doylestown, PA.

Position will support the functions of a busy medical oncology office:

  • Taking vital signs

  • Entering information into electronic health record

  • Maintaining patient flow, injections and other general medical support needs.

  • Answering phones and scheduling appointments

  • Greeting patients upon arrival and gathering all personal data and insurance information and entering patient appointments, demographic information and visit/charge data into the office scheduling and billing system

  • Performs check in office functions

  • Prepares referrals, collects fees for services rendered and completes the end of the day deposit records

  • Performing various office duties such as photocopying, scanning, filing and sorting documents, and data entry as needed

This full-time position offers great hours with no nights, weekends, or holidays and a comprehensive benefit package which includes paid time off, health insurance, and 401k.

Requirements:

Experience required.

Must be computer literate, professional and personable in order to support our patient-focused environment.

Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus.
