Einstein campuses are Tobacco and Smoke Free.In this role you will be responsible for:Under the supervision of the Clinical Education Manager, meets the clinical learning needs of ECHA/EPPI Medical assistants.If you possess the following qualifications, please apply immediately:Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant school required

Minimum of 5 years clinical experience in a combination of adult and pediatric care in an office setting

Experience training/orientating/mentoring in a 1-on-1 educational setting

Group training / group leading experience is preferred Understanding of adult learning theory and demonstration of strong interpersonal skills

Demonstrate computer proficiency and experience and proficiency with electronic medical record (EMR)Experience in Patient-Centered Medical Home a plus

Demonstrated ability to serve as a mentor to staff, implement process improvement, and develop/utilize metrics for program success.(EMR)Strong verbal and written communication skills required

Proficiency with Microsoft Office SuiteCPR required MA certification preferred Physical Demands:Physical Requirements:
Standing, sitting, walking, lifting, bending, reaching

Visual Requirements:
Ability to read patient charts, equipment and the like

Hearing Requirements:
NormalWorking Conditions: Medical office setting with universal precautions
