Update: Experience is necessary this is a busy, seasoned health center with primary care, occ health and workers comp, so knowledge is a must. They run a hearing, primary care and sometimes physical therapy schedule all at the same time. The physician can be a little tough, so we need someone who can deal with a strong-willed physician ?? A lot of staff have been inefficient so it has caused them to be slower to complete tasks. We need someone who knows how to manage their time and be able to prioritize work. We also need someone who can prioritize their work, but also know when its appropriate to walk away. Hope that makes sense. Scope of Services: 1. Primary Care, Preventive Care, Urgent Care Primary Care, Preventative Care and some Walk Ins for Urgent Care when the schedule permits. All scheduled appointments take priority. 2. Workers Comp First Report of Injury (FROI) - Assessment, MEDCO-14 - Treatment and Follow up treatments, C-9 - For Referrals Reports all to Showa HR Worker's Comp specialist and CCI worker's comp broker. 3. Occupational Medicine Services Triaging basic occupational medical services, Pre-employment and return to work Urine and Hair Drug Screens, Pulmonary function testing, Urine drug screens (pre-employment offer, reasonable suspicion and random screenings), TB testing and Audiometric testing. Client Name and Location: Showa Associates' Wellness Center, 44 South Kintner Parkway, Ste A, Sunbury, OH 43074 Date (s) / Schedule: 12/14 - ongoing Monday 7a- 4p, Tuesday 6a- 3p, Wednesday 7a- 4p, Thursday 10a- 7p, Friday 7a- 4p#### of openings: 1 Duties: Acute and chronic conditions, injections, phlebotomy, vitals, patient history. Excellent phlebotomy and customer-service skills, experienced using EMR, patient education. Very busy, fast paced clinic - they run a primary care, hearing and sometimes physical therapy schedule all at the same time. Scope of Services: Primary, Preventative and Urgent Care Services, Workers Comp: first report and treatment follow up; Occupational Med Services: triage basic occ med svcs, pre-emp and return to work urine and hair drug screens, TB testing and audiometric testing. Treating ages: 2 and up Interview: Yes Assignment Status: Temporary Assignment Length: potential temp to hire for right candidate. seeking someone 12/14 - ongoing until we identify a perm placement.
