• Accurately perform and document patient care services

• Demonstrate knowledge of medical record organization and documentation

• Assist the provider in navigating the EHR/EMR Education and Experience Requirements Must have work experience as a Medical Assistant (2 years) High School Graduate or GED equivalent

• Completion of a clinical Medical Assistant program (documented proof required); Certification with the AAMA or AMT is preferred (CMA/RMA)

• Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association or within 60 days of hire Required Skills: Must be able to pass a Clinical Skills Assessment screening during the interview process

• Must be able to pass a basic Medication Administration pre-test during the interview process

• Must be able to multi-task

• Have strong computer and writing skills

• Be able to type quickly and accurately

• Must be able to perform: -Vitals

• EKG -Blood Draws

• PFT -DOT Physical -administer Injections

• X-rays Stock room
