Medical Assistant Position Summary As a member of the care team, the Medical Assistant works to provide patient-centered care delivery. The MA provides initial preparation of patients prior to the provider#s encounter; assists providers in patient care activities#as directed; updates/documents and records in the EHR system; relieves/assists the Patient Service Representative#as needed; orders and restocks exam rooms and office supplies as needed, and assists office staff with office-specific tasks.

This Medical Assistant will work in various offices in the Health Pavilion. Medical Assistant Position Requirements Previous physician office experience preferred. Experience with electronic health record preferred.

High School graduate or equivalent required. Graduate of an approved Medical Assistant program preferred.

Medical Assistant certification preferred.

Medical Assistant Work Schedule Monday through Friday, Day Shift Medical Assistant Benefits# At TidalHealth, full-time employees working at least 80#hours per pay period and#part-time employees working at least 40#hours per pay period#are eligible for benefits.
