Job Description Job Description Single specialty Nephrology (kidney) Medical Practice in North Jersey looking for a Full Time Medical Administrative Assistant who is bilingual (English/Spanish) to help with translation and to add to our growing team. You will perform routine administrative and clinical assignments to keep the medical facility running smoothly.

MUST BE BILINGUAL - ENGLISH/SPANISH. English MUST be your first language. Must be willing to travel to local offices located in Wayne, Clifton, Paterson, Woodland Park, Pompton Plains Responsibilities:

Obtaining and recording patient vital signs and document basic medical history into EHR system Scheduling/confirming office appointments Answering heavy telephone call volume Refill medications Preparing and sanitize exam rooms for office visits Front desk duties Obtaining prior authorizations for medications and radiology procedures Work effectively under pressure of high patient volume Must be flexible to changing work duties and priorities Must be willing to travel to local offices located in Wayne, Clifton, Paterson, Woodland Park, Pompton Plains ​ Qualifications: Previous experience in healthcare administration or other related fields Strong organizational skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of EPIC EHR a plus.
