Requirements

• Current Medical Assistant certification or diploma from an accredited program.
• Proficient in performing non-invasive procedures such as blood draws.
• Skilled in assisting with hair therapies such as Microneedling and PRP.
• Demonstrated ability to provide top-tier care and customer service to patients and clients.
• Capable of assessing patients to assist in customizing care plans under the supervision of medical staff.
• Knowledge of medical software for patient record management and appointment scheduling.
• Familiarity with maintaining and cleaning medical equipment used in cosmetic and therapeutic treatments.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with patients, team members, and healthcare professionals.
• Strong attention to detail essential for medical procedures and accurate record-keeping.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment where personalized care is a priority.
• Must be a cooperative team player who can effectively support other healthcare staff.
• High level of professionalism and discretion, appropriate for the upscale medspa setting.
