Responsibilities
The Medical Assistant must be willing and able to function independently in Tulsa clinics and regional clinics and willing and able to provide coverage across all departments of OHI as needed by the organization. They will serve in the preceptor role and actively participate in the development and implementation of training tools for new MA employees or students.
Qualifications
Job Requirements
High school Diploma or GED
BLS, PALS, or ACLS may be required for certain units
Successful completion of a Medical Assistant training program or more than 2 years of working experience as an MA.
Preferred Job Requirements
1-3 years of previous experience
Vocational / Technical Education
Current CMA, RMA or ABR certification
