The Medical Assistant performs a variety of patient care procedures within the Medical Assistant scope of care which may include but is not limited to injections, EKGS, ear lavage and blood draws, performing patient vital signs, rooming patients, doing pre-visit preparation and participating in huddles with providers.# The Medical Assistant will assist with the patient visit and also post-visit duties, scheduling follow up care, calling for prior authorizations and referral consults. The Medical Assistant will assist in triaging calls from patients and communicating patient concerns in EMR to the provider.# The Medical Assistant will#assist in managing the workflow of the schedule, insuring patients are being seen in a timely manner and communicating to the providers any schedule changes that impact patient flow.# The Medical Assistant may assist with front office activities and varied scheduling tasks when necessary.# Certified Medical Assistant, graduate of an accredited program required.

  • Responsible for assisting the physician office(s) in a wide variety of specified duties under the direct supervision of the manager, physician and medical staff.

  • Certified Medical Assistant, graduate of an accredited program required.

  • EXPERIENCE:

  • 1-3 years experience in physician's office or outpatient setting required.

  • SKILLS/ABILITIES:

  • Able to work independently and must exhibit maturity and judgment as well as technical competence (phlebotomy, EKGs etc.)

VIEW JOBS 9/24/2020 12:00:00 AM 2020-12-23T00:00 Description The Distribution Risk Internal Testing Sr Partner is responsible for data management, data analytics, conducting or leading a variety of Distribution reviews. Reviews are conducted onsite or remote using various approaches such as data analysis, re-performance, inquiry or observational testing. In this role you will demonstrate the ability to solve problems using conceptual knowledge of Risk and operational procedures using sound judgment, while focusing on delivering a superior customer experience. You will prioritize work to achieve objectives, meet deadlines and ensure continuous improvement of the program by participating in department projects and initiatives. In addition you will build networks and alliances by engaging in partnership meetings. Primary responsibilities include: * Translating data to actionable dashboards targeting multiple audiences * Design internal monitoring and results reporting, and provide database maintenance support * Act as department resource to include process improvements and liaison with other process owners; participate as a core member of data integration projects internally and with business partners * Consult with end users to understand needs and align with business strategies * Execute quality control reviews to validate reported test output is accurate, and articulated with clarity to identify root cause * Execute standardized business line review programs which include completing test work remotely or onsite at branches or other business locations * Conduct/lead walkthroughs of Distribution Channel related processes with key stakeholders and subject matter experts as needed * Consult with experts in Risk and Compliance to determine applicable risk and further define regulatory expectations * Develop and execute test plans focused on key risks and where applicable, use data analytics; determine sampling approaches and support decisions with sound business rationale * Depending on assignment, 25% travel may be required locally or overnight, typically within the Citizens footprint * Ensure results are well documented, articulated and escalated appropriately * Prepare, present and distribute results; this may include communications to various levels of management and stakeholders within or outside Distribution * Meet minimum quality control standards and service level agreements on deliverables * Participate in department projects and initiatives as required * Engage in partnership meetings as requested * Maintain a "Digitally Fit" mindset in all projects and tasks * Flexible location (Eastern or Central time preferred) Qualifications Required Skills/Experience: * Solid understanding of Retail branch/Distribution Channel operations, Risk, Audit, * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Proven ability to use critical thinking to make sound business decisions * High-level attention to details and commitment to delivering quality work * Ability to work independently and lead others, self-motivated * Prior experience and proficiency in MS Applications such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint, Acess and SQL * Ability to travel 25% of the time, including overnight travel if requested * Experience with data analytics/reporting tools, Access databases, Citizens Mainframe, TouchPoint, Digital One Preferred Skills/Experience: * Prior experience preparing risk assessments or working with internal/external exam team * Advanced experience with data analytics/reporting tools, Access databases, Citizens Mainframe, TouchPoint, Digital One, Oracle,Tableau, SQL Management Studio, JavaScript, Python, Galvanize, AuditBoard, or Salesforce Education: Bachelor's Degree required Hours & Work Schedule: Hours per Week: 40 Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (may vary based on travel schedule) #LI-Sourcer3 Why Work for Us At Citizens, you'll find a customer-centric culture built around helping our customers and giving back to our local communities.
