What part would you play in this role?
As a Medical Assistant, you will be responsible for performing routine and basic front and back-office duties. These duties will include answering phones, data entry, assisting in the examination process of patients under the direction of a physician, interviewing patients, measuring vital signs and recording information on patients' charts, drawing and collecting blood samples and/or urine samples from patients, preparing specimens for laboratory analysis, and conducting a variety of diagnostic tests.
In this rewarding role, you will:
Work as a team
Perform routine and basic front and back-office duties, to include phones, data entry
Assist in the examination process of patients under the direction of a physician.
Interview patients
Measures vital signs, perform EKGs, conduct doppler studies, conduct PFTs
Record information on patients' charts
Draw and collect blood samples and/or urine samples from patients
Prepare specimens for laboratory analysis
Conduct a variety of diagnostic tests.
You Must Have:
High School diploma, or equivalent (GED)
Medical Assisting and/or graduation from an accredited vocational Medical Assistant program, and/or military equivalent
Medical Assistant Certification to include license through the Washington State Department of Health
1-9 years of medical assistant experience.
Technology driven medical data entry system experience or related computer data entry.
CPR/ BLS certification required.
The ability to organize plan and coordinate multiple tasks with a high sense of urgency and follow-through.
Exceptional customer service skills
Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
The ability to maintain conditions that ensure a healthy and safe working environment.
The ability to successfully pass National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI) background investigation.
The bability to pass medical clearance that consists of passing an N95 respirator fit test, pass a Tuberculosis/TB test and receive a Hepatitis A/B vaccine series or pass a Hepatitis A/B Titer test.

Initial training = First 3 weeks which includes travel to Tacoma office for multiple days of training.
Position is located ONSITE at our clinic in Bremerton, WA: 2601 Cherry Ave., Ste. 100, Bremerton, WA 98310
Work Schedule
Fri 730am
4pm PST with possible weekends based on business needs
Pay and Benefits:
Hourly Rate is based on years of experience and education. Offers also come with up to 6% quarterly bonus potential and an annual merit increase. Employee benefits are also available upon first day of hire.
