Work Hours/Shift:

Full Time Days

You Will Be Responsible For:

• Primarily responsible for ensuring smooth clinic operation and patient flow. Assist in delivery of patient care.+ Responsible for the collection of patient demographics, collection of copays, collection and completion of daily deposits, answering phones and making appointment

Qualifications

What You Will Need:

• Pleasant phone etiquette and face to face interaction+ Multitasking capabilities
• Key Boarding
• Basic Computer Skills
• Ability to use multifunction devices
• Use of office equipment such as but not limited to EKG machine, PFT, etc.+ Completion of and education program for preparing medical assistant
• High school diploma or GED.+ One year of clinic experience preferred
• Current Medical Assistant certification+ BLS within first 30 days of employment

Job Summary:

A non-exempt position responsible for performing all patient data collection, charge entry, communication with patients, venders, and public also to assist in the delivery of patient care by obtaining medical information, assisting in basic room preparation, assisting with in office procedures and maintaining patient, physician, and clinic communication.
