The ideal candidate will be someone who is dependable, self-motivated, and a team player looking to join a group that is committed to delivering exceptional patient care. In this role, your responsibilities will be a hybrid between a Medical Assistant and a Patient Service Representative, assisting with scheduling appointments, contacting patients with results, and check-in / check-out. You will also assist with rooming patients as the Medical Assistant and taking vital signs. This clinic will also see a pediatric patient population so experience with pediatrics is preferred, though it is not required.

This position is Full-Time, working Monday

Friday including occasional Saturdays at Rancho San Diego from 8am
12pm as needed. You will be floated within the clinic depending upon department needs only.

Required Qualifications:

Completion of a formal Medical Assistant Program OR hold a Medical Assistant Certification OR have a minimum of two years of experience as a military corpsman.
BLS certification for the Healthcare Provider by the American Heart Association (AHA)

Preferred Qualifications:

1 year of experience working as a Medical Assistant preferred, but not required
Pediatrics experience is preferred, but not required
