Medical Assistant - Dermatology

Job Description Job Description We are seeking a Medical Assistant in the Charleston, WV area to work in an established Dermatology practice. This is a full-time permanent position.

Monday - Friday clinic hours. Prior dermatology MA experience is required. Responsibilities: Room patients, triage, obtain/document medical history and chief complaint in EMR Document allergies and medications and obtain informed consent from patients Scribe and assist provider during exams and procedures Assist in medical procedures Prescription management Patient call backs with pathology results/schedule excisions Prior Authorizations and Biologics Clean and restock exam rooms/assist with inventory Sterilize Instruments Assist with any administrative duties such as answering the phone, patient questions and scheduling Benefits:
