The ideal candidate will be passionate about holistic healthcare and possess the ability to provide exceptional patient care in a fast-paced environment. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work alongside experienced healthcare professionals and contribute to the well-being of our patients. Must be able to start immediately.

Responsibilities: Assist in delivering client care, including rooming clients, obtaining vital signs, and preparing rooms. Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing client records, and processing billing and insurance information. Educate clients on wellness practices, treatment plans, and lifestyle modifications.

Administer medications and treatments as directed. Maintain cleanliness and organization of clinical areas to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for clients. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to optimize client outcomes and promote continuity of care.

Qualifications: Completion of a Medical Assistant program from an accredited institution. Current certification as a Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) preferred. Prior experience in a clinical setting.

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and empathetically with clients. Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems and basic computer skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work efficiently in a team-oriented environment.
