Medical Assistant

Job Description Job Description A busy orthopedic practice specializing in knees and shoulders looking for a medical assistant to assist with taking down medical history, setting up cortisone injections, as well as medical records and other paperwork. Our main location is in Kew Gardens but assistant must be able to travel to all other satellite office locations throughout the five boroughs.

Candidate must have a certificate of a Medical Assistant. Must be energetic, have great communication skills and must speak both English and Spanish . This orthopedic practice primarily involves only Worker's Compensation and No Fault (car) accident claims/insurances. Having knowledge in WC/NF is a PLUS, however we are willing to train for if needed.

Candidate must be flexible to travel to all locations within the five boroughs, however transportation will be provided for all satellite locations from our main office location.
