Job Description

Join our dynamic team as a Certified Medical Assistant and contribute to the efficient operations of a busy cardiology clinic. In this role, you will perform clinical duties under the supervision of a physician. Your primary responsibilities will include taking vitals, assisting providers in the back office, and supporting patient care by restocking materials and cleaning rooms post-visit. You may also occasionally assist with front desk duties and be asked to provide coverage at nearby office locations.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Towson, Maryland.

Shift: 8:30am-5:00pm

Work Environment

The position is based in a cardiology office on the first floor, connected to the main Medical Center on Osler Drive, with additional offices nearby. The office is fast-paced, accommodating about 120 daily patients and 30-40 in the testing lab. You will work alongside 10 providers, assisting 2 providers each. Opportunities for cross-training in front desk responsibilities and EKG and stress test procedures in the stress lab are available.
