Job Title: Medical Assistant in Portsmouth, Virginia

Job Description

Seeking a competent Medical Assistant to support patient care by triaging incoming patients, preparing exam rooms, maintaining medical equipment, and documenting interventions in the electronic medical record. The role also involves managing medical records, completing tasks such as responding to patient messages, and ensuring compliance with health and safety protocols. The Medical Assistant will occasionally be required to cover for other clinical staff and perform additional duties as needed.
