Atlantic Health is seeking a full time Medicaid Account Rep.
Selected candidate will review the Medicaid and Managed Medicaid outstanding accounts receivable to perform the following tasks:
following up with the payer to ensure outstanding balances are resolved timely.
Correct errors on claims when submitted and rebill claims as necessary.
Review of the remittance voucher to determine payment accuracy; address denied payments when appropriate; perform secondary billing functions along with any other tasks necessary to resolve open account balances including resolving credit balances.
Prior experience in working Medicaid and Managed Medicaid claims including billing, reimbursement processing, follow up and denial activities.
Medical terminology knowledge
Proficient in Excel and other Microsoft office applications
EPIC knowledge a plus.
