Position: Media Supervisor
Business Unit: Ignited Government

The Media Supervisor develops overall communication strategies and supervises and manages the media planning and buying process (all media types) on assigned accounts. Demonstrates strong organizational and polished leadership skills with the client as well as within the media department. Ensures all media plans are integrated with other departments/vendors (internal/external) for successful return on investment.
Responsibilities:
Supervising day to day maintenance of assigned account(s) and responds to, prioritizes and follows through to completion all account team and client requests and needs (including POVs, client education, presentations)
Implementing platform-based media campaigns (social platforms, search, etc.)
Ensuring on-going tracking and optimization for media campaigns
Ensuring integration of plans with other departments
Proactive management of client needs; communicates and disseminates client requests to team and manages client expectations
Supervises Sr. and Jr. planning staff on a daily basis which includes developing and aiding in the development of results driven media strategies
Assisting on new business, special projects and administrative duties within the department
Ensuring appropriate resource allocation and utilization on client's business
Provide appropriate resource allocation and utilization on client's business
Liaise with multiple agencies, creative resources, and production teams to manage deliverables
Stay apprised of industry standards, new media programs/trends, and competitive landscape
Assist with new business and special projects within the department
Ad hoc and administrative tasks as requested
Education:
Qualifications:
U.S. Citizenship
Must have the ability to obtain and maintain U.S. Government contractor employment suitability determination (i.e. personnel security clearance)
Must be able to work on-site in Arlington, VA up to 3 days/wk

Essential Skills & Experience:
Minimum 5 years of experience as a media planner with integrated experience and an emphasis on digital
Deep working knowledge of third-party ad servers/reporting functions (Doubleclick)
Experience in developing media strategies (audiences, channel mix, 1st (client) and 3rd party research)
Experience managing and executing self-serve platform based media (i.e. Meta, Google Search, Bing, etc.)
Hands on experience in the day to day of digital and traditional planning, buying, implementation, analytics, and optimization
Proven ability to analyze and mix various media vehicles to maximize their effective communication strengths (all media)
Proficient understanding of third-party ad measurement and traffic tools
Strong presentation skills with the ability to sell-in ideas to the account group and client
Has strong verbal and written presentation skills and the ability to sell-in ideas to the account group and the client
Possesses a thorough knowledge of all media research and how to properly integrate this data into the planning process (MRI, Nielsen, DoubleClick, com
Score, etc.)
Proven ability to work with multiple agencies and creative resources
Experience working with federal government agencies strongly preferred
Displays a high level of initiative and independent thinking
Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills
Ability to collaborate and manage cross-functional teams
Well-versed with social media platforms (i.e. Facebook, X, Instagram, LinkedIn)
Microsoft Office 365 (i.e. Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Agency Management and Project Collaboration tools (i.e. Workamajig, SharePoint, Box)
