You will ultimately be responsible for leading the smooth operation of a team as they create learning content. You'll work cross functionally with our partners to formulate objectives, understand requirements and translate those requirements into specific deliverables that your team then creates. As production starts up, you'll remove roadblocks for your team and allow them to do what they do best: create.

Key Qualifications
5+ years experience leading creative individuals and teams

Deep understanding of video and graphics production workflows Proven ability to juggle multiple, complex projects and deploy resources accordingly

Ability to problem solve and develop solutions quickly

Education

  • BA in Business Management or equivalent experience.

You will do this by helping developers realize the value of our hardware products and SDKs and by developing business strategies with your partners to generate market demand, growing NVIDIA's total addressable market (TAM). You should have a strong working knowledge of one or more aspects of GPU-accelerated computing, including artificial intelligence, deep learning, data analytics, and high-performance computing including the knowledge of underlying software and hardware architectures. You will be working cross functionally within NVIDIA, as well as ensuring a positive experience for external customers and partners. You should be comfortable working in a dynamic environment experiencing rapid growth. You will use your leadership skills and ecosystem contacts to connect developers to NVIDIA's resources, helping them get the most value from NVIDIA's offerings. Your ability to work independently is important. You will rely upon your excellent communication and interpersonal skills during projects and communicate opportunities and threats internally. What you'll be doing: * Help developers understand how our technology can speed their development and add customer value, making both more successful * Build formal or informal programs to connect developers to our product teams, helping guide NVIDIA's product development priorities * Develop success stories, demos for our trade shows and developer conferences * Procure assets for our social media programs and other deliverables that raise awareness to press, mutual customers and business partners of our success together * Get potential customers to join the Developer Program and use our SDKs, know how to file bugs and get the most out of their interactions with NVIDIA * Provide developers with GPUs when we have a new architecture * Help start-ups with programs that raise their visibility with investors * Get partner software licenses for our performance testing labs, and make sure we have the latest software to benchmark or replicate bugs * Track and prioritize applications that are not yet GPU-accelerated but would benefit from being so * Identify gaps and competitive threats What we need to see: * Experience in the broadcast, post-production, or 3D animation application markets * 10+ years of experience as an alliance manager in a high-tech industry * BS in a relevant engineering discipline or equivalent experience * In-depth knowledge of computer systems architecture Ways to stand out from the crowd: * Experience in building programs to connect developers to product teams * Ability to build marketing assets with developers * Be the expert on the GPU opportunity for the applications and how that would affect NVIDIA's market availability. * Advanced degree NVIDIA is widely considered to be one of the technology world's most desirable employers.
