Job Description:

We are looking for Multi-Skilled Media Professionals with a systematic knowledge of current broadcasting technologies. These technologies include but are not limited to, broadcast production automation, robotic camera control, and digital content distribution. Successful candidates possess the creativity and skills to contribute to visually compelling, fast-paced newscasts and programming.


  • Operation of control room live production automation system

  • Robotic camera control during live news broadcasts

  • Coordinate studio environment for live production

  • Master Control room operation in a HUB/Spoke environment

  • Automation playlist coordination

  • Manage transmission, reception, recording, and general quality control of signals from ENG, SNG, and TVU remote broadcasts

Job Requirements


  • Bachelor's Degree in Communications or related field or a minimum of three years of media experience.

  • Experience with control room production automation and robotic camera control preferred

  • Working knowledge of newsroom computer system preferred

  • Understanding of Master Control Operations and automation preferred

  • Familiarity with news production play-out systems or similar server-based workflows preferred

  • Knowledge of production standards and associated equipment preferred

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: * Provide outstanding leadership to strengthen the organization's ability to deliver superior quality medical services. * Document and analyze assigned business processes throughout the organization. * Identify root causes and improvement opportunities on assigned projects. * Educate the organization on business process improvement as needed. * Create process plans that contain project goals, milestones and resources. * Oversees end to end approach for development of assigned key change programs/initiatives in partnership with senior business leaders. * Works effectively with functional leaders to identify and develop business process improvement opportunities as part of Company-wide initiatives on an on-going basis. * Manage all phases of the process improvement project/initiative life cycle including: project initiation, project development, project implementation, development and testing plans and end-user training. * Drive end-to-end process optimization across regions and business franchises. * Meet physical and sensory requirements stated below, and be able to work in the described environment. * Confer with customers regarding data points and the value of the medical models. * Review statistics and conduct research, as deemed necessary, for the benefit of the medical models. * Assist with business development and marketing strategies, as needed. * Attend required conference calls, webinars and education/training events. * Report and escalate matters to executive management as needed. * Prepare and submit progress reports on company initiatives and ensure data is accurate, as requested. * Other administrative duties, as assigned. * Other special projects, as assigned. Job Requirements: * Bachelor in Business Administration Degree or similar degree required; Master in Business Administration preferred. * Minimum of two (2) years management experience. * Excellent track record of effective leadership. * Superior experience with healthcare operations and clinical workflows. * Superior experience in business process design or facilitation. * Experience in multi-state and/or multi-site management. * Demonstrate outstanding analytical and evaluating skills. * Good interpersonal skills and effective collaboration with many stakeholders. * Self-starter and independent thinker. * Demonstrated experience and proficiency in effective written and verbal skills. * Strong change management and influence skills; ability to negotiate and communicate across all levels of the organization. * Excellent time management skills. * Demonstrated advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook, Internet and Intranet navigation. * Highest level of professionalism with the ability to maintain confidentiality. * Customer service oriented with the ability to work well under pressure. * Strong attention to detail and accuracy, excellent organizational skills with ability to prioritize, coordinate and simultaneously maintain multiple projects with high level of quality and productivity. * Approachable, flexible and adaptable to change. * Function independently, and have flexibility, personal integrity, and the ability to work effectively with stakeholders and clients. * Must be able to travel to multiple sites of service, at least 40-50% % of work time will be required.
