About the Role

We’re looking to add a Lead Media Analyst to our team to own a paid media program that is roughly the same size as a flagship brand for a mid-size marketing agency with the support of our existing Marketing & Growth team. We have multiple evergreen channels, each of good size, in a rapidly evolving media mix. Most of our primary channels are currently in paid social.

You'll be supported by our Marketing & Growth team. This team covers user acquisition, creative production, marketing analytics, and user experience management. This team cross-functionally collaborates with engineering, operations, CX, and leadership regularly.

Some things we consider critical for this role:

  • Has enough experience to operate mostly independently in paid media campaign execution
  • Programmatic experience preferred
  • Ability to run paid social and paid search campaigns end to end
  • Understands tracking and attribution

What your day-to-day will look like:

  • Regularly tune and own paid media processes that have been developed
  • Creatively concept, structure, communicate, implement, document, and prioritize paid media experiments to run
  • Follow the experimentation process of "hypothesis > experiment structure > result analysis > takeaways"
  • Work closely with the creative and data team in efforts
  • Support and guide an evolving marketing program as makes sense

What your week-to-week will look like:

  • Sprint meeting beginning of week with a standup in the middle
  • Come to sprint meeting with your own focus board of weekly projects
  • Discuss data and projects with CEO, marketing, creative, and head of operations at sprint and standup
  • Routinely tune your paid media campaigns and guide along your paid media experiments
  • Develop your own projects in open collaboration with the entire company
