Your role at Sephora:
In this role you will generate and share data-driven insights on Sephora's US and Canada Digital Marketing and Media performance. Working closely with Media channel leads, this role will be critical to optimize the media investment approach and deliver against company goals. Reporting to the Director, Media Investment Strategy, you'll be part of a high-performing Media center of excellence, partnering with your teammates that run Programmatic, Paid Search, Partnerships, and Media.
In addition, you will:
Deliver weekly, monthly, and seasonal reporting on media investment performance, market trends, and consumer insights that provide meaningful and actionable insights for key stakeholders
Leverage data to create insights and actionable recommendations to shape investment strategies across media campaigns and channels
Ensure recommended media actions are supported across the channel management team
Provide holistic media insights on core Sephora objectives like new client acquisition, color category strategy, or high growth brands to senior executives
Be responsible for ensuring data quality for all reports to make sure they are consistent and accurate
We're excited about you if you have:
4 year Bachelor's degree; Business Administration, Marketing, or Statistics/Mathematics concentration preferred
3+ years of digital media experience
Hypothesis driven problem solving and critical thinking skills
Expert in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Ability to 'data crunch' and find interesting nuggets to draw conclusions on
Understanding of Marketing channels and their role in the client journey/conversion path, including Display, Paid Search, and Affiliate
Great attention to detail, with ability to dig deep into details while keeping focus on the primary business question at hand
A passion for Digital Marketing, as well as a thirst for data insights
Working knowledge of marketing and media technologies & tools, particularly with marketing attribution
