Conquer is searching for a data-driven individual who shows a passion for uncovering insights in data relative to media, media results, and the placement and planning of media for clients with unique needs and objectives. This person must be able to work independently, querying and combing through data warehouses. The analyst should be flexible enough to be able to work with or quickly learn how to navigate a client's data. The objective of this position is to deliver more contextual information to clients beyond simple click rates, impressions, and click-throughs. This individual will be part of a team dedicated to bringing a synthesis of world-class creative, targeted media, and insightful analysis to our clients. When not actively analyzing media plans, the Media Insights Analyst invests time in continued education, researches various industries and leverages relationships with JDA network partners towards developing proprietary tools and processes relative to media measurement.

About You:

  • B.S/B.A. degree
  • 3+ years working in an advertising, media, creative, or branding capacity
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data
  • Excellent understanding of the media planning function, media terminology and applications
  • Agency data and inbound marketing software is key (Strata, Datorama, Domo, DoubleClick, Google Analytics, Workforce, Facebook Services, Salesforce, private SQL servers etc.)
  • Relevant software experience may include: MS Excel, MS Access, SSMS, Tableau
  • Relevant skills may include SQL, Python, VBA and data visualization
  • Familiarity with statistics, statistical software or regression analysis (Minitab and SPSS) is a plus
  • Patient, consistent, single focus driven, accountable, and timely are traits you may identify with

VIEW JOBS 11/21/2018 12:00:00 AM 2019-02-19T00:00 POSITION PURPOSE The Earned Media Brand Analyst will partner with the Brand Advocate and Earned Media Team to drive a best-in-class online customer retail experience by elevating brands on This role will build strong business relationships with the brand advocate and earned media teams to enhance brands' online presence with the goal of improving rank, driving online traffic, and growing sales. The position will be responsible for helping analyze brands' online performance and for identifying opportunities for improvement through keyword research and reporting. Through insights, the analyst will enable The online teams to identify optimization opportunities and make data-driven decisions that drive revenue growth. In support of The Home Depot omnichannel retail strategy, this role will also partner with cross-functional groups to identify process improvement opportunities that will optimize effectiveness leading to brand renewal and growth. As a Earned Media Brand Analyst you will: * Work to optimize the online experience for high-value categories to the business * Work with cross-functional teams to share and implement recommendations * Develop processes to improve communication between teams * Identify new opportunities to improve organic visibility of brand-specific products * Evangelizing Earned Media and SEO across the brand advocate organization MAJOR TASKS, RESPONSIBILITES AND KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES * 35% - Researches and analyzes trends/performance data to identify opportunities for program improvements and enhancements. Manages reporting platform and performs regular and ad hoc data pulls as groundwork for analysis. Provides key insights on business performance. * 25% - Monitors campaign performance and executes daily operations * 20% - Manages technical projects via Excel * 20% - Writes and edits on-page and off-page content in bulk NATURE AND SCOPE The position reports to a Search Account Manager No direct responsibility for supervising others. ENVIRONMENTAL JOB REQUIREMENTS Environment: Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable. Travel: Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time. Additional Environmental Job Requirements: MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Must be eighteen years of age or older. Must be legally permitted to work in the United States. Additional Minimum Qualifications: Education Required: The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a bachelor's degree program or equivalent degree in a field of study related to the job.
