Job Description

The Intel Global Communications Group is a global team of communications professionals spanning public relations, reputation management, corporate communications, executive communications, analyst relations, content, narrative, thought leadership and employee communications. It's a fast paced, dynamic, and exciting environment.

We are looking for a motivated professional to join the Global Communications Group to support enterprise technology products communications.

This role will report to the Technology Leadership and Innovation Communications Director and engage with a diverse mix of colleagues across the Global Marketing and Communications organization, as well as senior level business stakeholders.

A successful candidate will demonstrate:

  • Extensive experience working with media and analysts, deep expertise in enterprise technology, communications strategy and storytelling.

  • Executive presence and the ability to work well in a matrixed organization.

  • Proven ability to work across diverse groups and time zones to craft and execute an effective communications strategy that includes proactive storytelling, deep press and influencer engagement and reactive response.

  • Track record of being able to identify and leverage opportunities - both long term and quick twitch - to advance communications objectives in creative, memorable ways that utilize a variety of media vehicles social media, traditional media, broadcast, etc.

  • Must have or demonstrate ability to develop strong relationships with industry luminaries, technology and business reporters, bloggers and new influencers.

  • Solid written and verbal communication skills and can craft and deliver key messages to a variety of audiences. Is adept at translating technical topics into easy-to-understand and relevant language.

  • Customer and team oriented. Ability to build strong relationships and successfully partner with peers across Intel and partner companies.

  • Previous experience and demonstrated ability to be a confident and capable spokesperson.

Qualifications

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in journalism, public relations, communications or related field.

  • 6+ years of experience in product and/or technology PR, including direct experience related to enterprise technology.

  • This U.S. position is open to U.S. Workers Only. A U.S. Worker is someone who is either a U.S. Citizen, U.S. National, U.S. Lawful Permanent Resident, or a person granted Refugee or Asylum status by the U.S. Government. Intel will not sponsor a foreign national for this position.
