From confirming broadcast schedules to reconciling TV buys and handling invoice billing, your attention to detail and organizational skills will be instrumental in keeping our media strategies on track. Responsibilities

What we trust you with:

  • Responsible for invoicing and reporting of media buying; reconciles all TV broadcast and digital invoicing. Prepares reports for Accounting as needed.

  • Works closely with Media Manager to coordinate execution of media programs and broadcast media placements. Tracks all TV schedule makegoods for Media Manager.

  • Works closely with broadcast stations on media schedule confirmations.

  • Assists with post-buy analysis for all TV buys/campaigns and presents recommendations based on delivery.

  • Creates Purchase Orders for multiple media contracts, and acts as a liaison to the Accounting department regarding any issues or discrepancies.

  • Coordinates traffic process for Broadcast TV and video (YouTube, Extreme Reach, etc.).

  • Performs administrative duties for the marketing department including scheduling, organization of media databases, Digital Assets Management and contact lists.

  • Supports media team with budgeting and reporting; tracks and stores all signed media estimates.

  • Supports Media Team with media software and publication tools such as Ad Age, SRDS, County Coverage, Ratings Data (NSI and SQAD).

  • Coordinates marketing media events and activations as needed, including internal & team activities.

  • Any other function or responsibility as assigned by the Supervisor.

Qualifications

Who you are:

  • 2+ years media or accounting experience in either an agency or in house department; retail experience a plus

  • College degree preferred

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; excellent experience with Excel and Google Sheets

  • Experience learning new research software or publication tools; knowledge of Media Buying Software a plus

  • Highly organized, detail oriented, and works well under pressure to meet deadlines

  • Excellent problem solving and resourcefulness; able to multi-task and work with minimum supervision

  • Ability to Multi-task; good communication and presentation skills

  • Ability to gather information, analyze, and effectively communicate; analytical curiosity and self-motivation

  • Work in a team environment with people of various backgrounds, personality traits and levels of authority.

  • Familiar with general marketing / advertising practices and procedures
