Requirements

"Responsibilities:

- Plan, execute, and optimize paid social media campaigns to drive customer acquisition and revenue for a DTC brand

- Conduct audience research and develop targeting strategies to reach potential customers effectively

- Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives and copy

- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to improve ROI

- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure the brand remains competitive in the market

Requirements:

- Proven experience in managing paid social media campaigns for DTC brands

- In-depth knowledge of advertising platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads, and other relevant social media advertising tools

- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

- Availability for 10-15 hours per week, with flexibility to accommodate project needs

- Understanding of e-commerce and direct-to-consumer marketing strategies

- Familiarity with the CET timezone and ability to work within this schedule"
