The Integer Group is looking for a Media Analyst in our Dallas, Texas office.

The ideal candidate is passionate about working with data, has past experience working with large datasets, is detail oriented, and is able to effectively extract and communicate insights. Experience with Tableau is a requirement.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Execution and Data Support
Analyze and report on the effectiveness of online paid media campaigns in relation to established KPIs
Deliver reports in a timely fashion that are rich with sound insights and recommendations while maintaining and assuring the accuracy and consistency of data
Capture marketing efforts in a centralized environment for ease of extraction & analysis
Integration of disparate data sources from multiple departments including media, social, web, shopper/retail and client-side sales sources
Manage reporting audit to ensure data and campaign integrity
Integrate check points within execution for quality control purposes
Involvement in overall test design and structure for campaigns that could include paid media, organic channels and in-store executions
Reporting & Analysis
Create reporting programs to monitor and evaluate effectiveness of campaigns
Work closely with internal and external partners to identify key performance indicators
Own reporting development and maintenance
Perform moderate to advanced analysis on campaign results
Deliver and present reports to clients in tandem with media & account leadership team members when requested
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Marketing, Business, or other quantitative discipline
2 to 3 years of work experience in a professional service related to digital marketing or advertising in a quantitative role
Experience developing and executing paid search strategies a plus
Fluency in using Microsoft Excel for data manipulation, analysis, charting, and automation
Knowledge of data visualization within Tableau
Hands-on experience within Google Analytics
Exceptional attention to details, organizational skills and communicator
Ability to work under tight deadlines within a fast-paced environment
Flexibility to work extra hours with little or no advance notification
