About the role
The Media Activation team is responsible for providing thoughtful and exciting recommendations for Paid Search, owning supplier relationships, and then executing those recommendations expertly. The Media Activation team leverages their mastery of each channel to make sure its recommendations are consistently excellent and innovative, and that in-channel performance and data integrity is maximized.
The Media Activation Coordinator is responsible for contributing to the execution of platform-based media buying in established platforms like Google, Bing, and emerging platforms like Amazon. This involves building strong cross-channel knowledge and developing supplier relationships to support flawless delivery of media plans via analysis and optimization. The Media Activation Coordinator will develop their knowledge of different digital channels and platforms over time to achieve practitioner-level knowledge and skills across multiple channels, meaning flexible and adaptable working is at the core of this role.
Some of the things we'd like you to do:
Supporting SEM campaign launches for client
Support of campaigns, including daily campaign pacing, optimization, and campaign hygiene
Ensuring platform accounts are compliant with our defined best practices
Responsible for producing reports, including data inputting and suggesting insights
Support team with campaign build-outs, ad copy creation, keyword research, and campaign setup
Partner with Suppliers like Google, Bing, and Amazon to review account performance, deliver forecasts, and new product proposals to the client
Responsible for sending publisher contracts [i.e. publisher insertion orders (IOs)] for relevant channels
Developing competencies for SEM channels to attain a practitioner-level working knowledge of most areas within the first 12 months of the role
Assist with internal data maintenance, issue identification and solution development that your team conducts
A bit about yourself:
Detail-oriented and responsive, with strong quantitative reasoning skills; you must be able to analyze data, draw conclusions and develop actionable recommendations as needed
Adaptable and able to flex with changes in prioritization to meet new or changed goals (including re. developing new skills)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills; ability to implement and adhere to and meet deadlines, and project-manage multiple campaigns
Concrete general knowledge of (and passion for) all areas of digital marketing and media
Good client relationship and management skills
Proven problem-solving skills and ability to think outside of the box for creative solutions
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
