Description

As a Shift Supervisor at Rose Garden, you will have an opportunity to serve our residents with passion and work where teamwork is valued. This individual is responsible for the clinical operations on second shift, maintaining nursing standards, providing nursing care to our residents, and supervising the day-to-day nursing activities.

We provide high-quality and compassionate care that supports each resident's needs. In addition to passing medication and providing treatments to residents in accordance with physician's orders, you will also answer call lights to determine resident's needs. You will provide assistance for residents with mobility, restroom activities, bathing, eating, dressing, grooming, and any other specific needs indicated by their plan of care.

Requirements

Someone who wants to make a difference and be a part of a great team! Experience passing medication to residents, with at least 1 year of healthcare experience preferred.
