Responsibilities

JOIN US NOW as we are seeking a dynamic RN who is passionate about the health and well-being of our employee to, assess patient/family health problems and resources, taking a leadership role in the development, implementation and outcomes evaluation of a plan for nursing care. All RN's are expected to practice autonomously, consistent with professional standards, Nurse Practice Act and hospital job description.

Dignity Health now offers an Education Benefit program for benefit-eligible employees after 180 days. This program provides debt relief and student loan assistance to help you achieve your goals.

Full-time employees can receive up to $18,000 over five years, while part-time employees can receive up to $9,000. Advanced Practice Providers and Faculty Physicians can receive up to $90,000 if full-time and hired within a year of completing their residency or fellowship. Qualifications

Minimum:

• ADN, Diploma, BSN or Foreign Equivalent

• Current AZ State RN License in good standing

• Current American Heart Association BLS

• Basic Computer Skills including MS Office Suites

• Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills

Preferred:

• One year medical/surgical acute experience

• Strong cardiac and hemodynamic monitoring, intra-aortic balloon pump skills
