We're looking for an experienced and collaborative Mechanical Superintendent based out of our client's project site in Comstock, NY, who thrives when people are in sync and construction projects are running like they should. As part of a collaborative project team you'll take the lead on developing and implementing the project work plan, negotiate costs, monitor manpower and performance against that work plan; be able to perform a detailed comparison of the design drawings against each other to ensure coordination between various projects. You will oversee the development, delivery, implementation, and completion of large-scale building and infrastructure for multiple projects by managing daily scheduling and planning activities at the project site; ensuring the right materials, equipment and people are there to get the job done.

Your ability to coordinate work schedules with the client's staff and manage multiple projects at a time will be critical to your success. Most importantly, you'll take action to ensure the safety, health and well-being of your team. Here's what you'll need: • 6 years of experience in construction involving multiple phases of large-scale building/rehabilitation projects • 4 years' experience shall be as an Assistant Superintendent or Inspector on large-scale, multi-contract building projects • Demonstrated working knowledge of pre-design and pre-construction, building systems/components and technology, contract management, project delivery methods, team building and client relationship building• OSHA 30 or ability to be obtained within 30 days of start date *No sponsorship is available for this position

  The base salary range for this position is $87,000 to $100,000. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
