Mechanical Project Manager

Project Manager Mechanical company in Fayetteville is hiring a Project Manager to manage all activities related to management of HVAC / plumbing projects. Responsibilities include: - Supporting the estimating team to identify costs associated with normal work activities and unique conditions

• Taking lead in planning projects

• Providing guidance to ensure that contractual obligations are fulfilled appropriately

• Managing administrative staff and support personnel for projects

• Responsible for purchasing, submittal and approvals, cost control, coordination, and subcontract management

• Playing a key role in developing and maintaining positive relations with clients

• Working in design build assist and design build environment Job Requirements Requirements: - 5 years experience as a project manager on HVAC and plumbing projects

• NC Mechanical or Plumbing licenses is a plus

• Engineering license or training is a plus

• Experience working with the following projects: hospitals, healthcare, government, offices, etc.
