Mechanical Project Manager - Mechanical Servicing Company – Base Salary to 140k/year – Prince Frederick, MD

• Our client, a stable design/build mechanical servicing company, has an immediate need for a Mechanical Project Manager, to manage project goals and timelines. Our client has been in business for over 30 years and has a stellar reputation in the industry. The Mechanical Project Manager will be working mostly retrofit projects ranging from $5k to $750k.
• In this position, the Mechanical Project Manager will be responsible for reviewing plans & specs, developing the project plans and timeline, and coordinating the project to ensure it is on time and budget. This role will be based in the office and require some travel (locally) to customer sites.

Qualifications: The ideal candidate for this position will possess 3+ years of project management experience, with a background in HVAC. The candidate should be independent, self-motivated, and driven to take complete ownership over their role. They should possess strong CRM experience and exceptional customer service skills.

Compensation: Our client is offering a base salary in the 100k – 140k/year range, depending on experience. The company offers a comprehensive benefits package, 401k, PTO and much more.
