Mechanical Project Manager

Our company delivers custom outcomes for our clients that reduce operating costs, flatten capital spending, reduce carbon emissions, and drive sustainability ambition. Are you experienced in mechanical project management and ready for a new challenge? We're looking for a Mechanical PM to lead large-scale boiler retrofit projects for our commercial and industrial clients.

Key Responsibilities: Audit mechanical and boiler systems thoroughly Develop project scopes that meet ROI and payback goals Work with utilities to secure project incentives Manage projects to hit profitability targets Coordinate resources for comprehensive projects Partner with the sales team to deliver client value Keep projects on time and within budget Qualifications: 5-10 years in mechanical project management, especially in construction. Strong knowledge of boiler systems and mechanical contracting.

Experience with utility incentive programs. Familiarity with the HVAC supply chain in construction. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
