Mechanical Project Manager

Responsibilities: Manage One or Multiple Commercial Plumbing-HVAC Projects Concurrently (Track Submittals, SOV, Schedules, Submit RFI's, Progress Billings, Request Change Orders) Manage, Scope and Submit PO's For Subcontractors, Suppliers, and Vendors Plan, Coordinate and Supervise Onsite Functions:

Scheduling, Engineering, Material Control Ensure Project(S) are Constructed in Accordance with Design, Budget and Schedule Communicate with Trade Superintendents to Assure Adequate Supervision of the Total Project Establish and Maintain A Good Working Relationships with the Field Trade Personnel and other Internal Customers Maintain A Positive and Healthy Relationship with External Customers Prepare Monthly/Quarterly Projections Prepare Monthly Billings upon Completion of Review with The Customer Actively Promote and Sell to Existing and New Customer Base Requirements: 3 To 15 Years of Project Management Experience Working for a Commercial Mechanical (HVAC/Plumbing/piping) Construction Company; Project Experience Ranging from A Minimum $200,000 Up To $20,000,000 Knowledge of Local, State, and Federal HVAC-Ashrae, Plumbing-Aspe, and Building Code Requirements Strong Computer, Writing, and Verbal Communication Skills and Proficient in MS-Office Prior Hands-On Field Experience Working as A Plumbing, Pipefitting, or Sheet Metal Apprentice, Journeyman or Foreman on Commercial HVAC-Plumbing Projects Project Experience Including Mid and High-Rise Office Buildings, Hospitals, Airports, Jails, K-12 Schools, Universities, Medical Office Buildings, Stadiums, among other Large Commercial Buildings, etc. Computer/Technical Knowledge in Bluebeam, Procore, Microsoft Applications and/or Similar Applications Additional Process Piping, Refrigeration, and Controls/Building Automation Systems Knowledge is a Plus Job Type: Full-time Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Health savings account Life insurance Paid time off Referral program Retirement plan Vision insurance Schedule: Monday to Friday Benefits Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.
