Mechanical Project Manager - position overview The Mechanical Project Manager is responsible for managing the mechanical engineering projects from conception to completion. This includes developing and managing project plans, schedules, and budgets; overseeing inspection and testing of materials; managing vendor and subcontractor relationships; and ensuring that the project is completed in accordance with all applicable codes and regulations.
The Mechanical Project Manager also ensures that all stakeholders are informed and consulted throughout the project. Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets.
Oversee inspection and testing of materials. Manage vendor and subcontractor relationships. Ensure that the project is completed in accordance with all applicable codes and regulations.
Inform and consult all stakeholders throughout the project. Perform SWOT analysis and create train estimating reports. Supervise resources production.
Solicit vendors and suppliers. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field. Project Management experience.
Construction experience. Experience using Microsoft Projects, Office, Excel, Word, AutoBid, P6 Scheduler, and Bluebeam. Strong organizational and communication skills. Benefits Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.
