Mechanical Project Manager

We’re seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager with expertise in managing commercial HVAC projects. This role involves overseeing the complete project lifecycle, ensuring quality execution, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

You’ll work closely with subcontractors and general contractors to manage multiple mechanical projects, with 80% of projects based in the Denver metro area and some in Colorado Springs and Ft. Collins. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage HVAC/mechanical projects from start to finish, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.

Act as primary onsite contact for clients, coordinating with general contractors, subcontractors, and internal teams. Respond promptly to customer inquiries, handle complaints, and ensure a positive project experience. Oversee project schedules, budgets, RFIs, change orders, and required administrative items.

Ensure compliance with safety standards, OSHA regulations, and building/mechanical codes. Qualifications: 7 years of commercial HVAC project management experience. Certificate/Diploma from an accredited HVAC trade school or equivalent experience.

Proficient in reading blueprints and construction plans. Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC systems (chillers, boilers, RTUs, ductwork, etc.). Familiarity with Microsoft Office and MS Project. Universal EPA Certification. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
