Springfield, MA Schedule: Monday to Friday Responsibilities as the Mechanical Project Manager: Project Representation : Attend all project-related meetings as the company's representative.

Project Management : Oversee project start-up and associated paperwork. Submittal Process : Manage the submittal and shop drawing process. Performance Monitoring : Monitor productivity, safety, and job performance of labor and subcontractors.

Scheduling : Manage project schedules, including manpower and material/equipment deliveries. Financial Management : Oversee the project's financial performance, including monthly billing, change order negotiation, and compliance with job cost goals. Corporate Meetings : Attend monthly work-in-progress meetings with corporate management to review financial status of assigned projects.

Qualifications for the Mechanical Project Manager: Experience : 3-5 years in the construction industry as a Project Manager, Estimator, or Superintendent. Technical Knowledge : In-depth understanding of Plumbing and HVAC systems.

Financial Skills : Excellent financial management skills, including change order negotiation. Communication Skills : Ability to communicate with and motivate subcontractors, vendors, and manpower. Computer Skills : Proficiency in Word and Excel.
