Mechanical Project Manager

Description:

Project manager for Mechanical Contractor in the St. Louis area to help take on industrial expansion projects.

The projects will largely be scoped in HVAC and light process piping. The first project is set to start in June and run through October. There is a strong potential we will win continued work on consecutive projects and the PM will be needed for an extended time/permanently.

The PM will be tasked with running the project from launch to tag out. We anticipate a team of one PM - one super - and about 20 tradespeople on the job at any given time. The project is located about 90 minutes outside of Saint Louis so when the heavy lifting of the project is going on we will be providing perdiem or mileage/vehicle to work onsite for +6 weeks.
