The Convent Facility is an Air Separation Plant, with a fleet of tanker trucks and employs 20 drivers to deliver products to the local area. The Convent ASU Facility consists of two Air Separation Plants providing gaseous oxygen and nitrogen to pipeline customers as well as producing liquid oxygen, nitrogen and argon which are transported to our merchant customers.
If you have a background in maintaining pumps, mechanical seals, vessels, exchangers, turbines gear drives, and reciprocating and centrifugal compressors, this could be a great opportunity for you. You will be responsible for maintaining / troubleshooting all equipment and facility maintenance, and provide necessary technical and hands on support to continuously improve plant rotating and stationary equipment integrity, reliability, cost and on stream factor.
Qualifications / Requirements:
2 year technical/vocation degree preferred
Minimum of 5 years strong industrial (Chemical/Petrochemical) maintenance experience and/or equivalent military experience.
Self-starter with a solid work history and excellent references along with the ability to work in a team oriented environment.
Ability to troubleshoot and repair a variety of static and rotating equipment using appropriate tools and test equipment.
Must be a safety oriented individual that is able to work in a team environment.
Technical School Graduates: Students with a background in Industrial Systems, Machine Tool Technology, Electromechanical Technology, Mechatronics, Automotive Technology, HVAC, Process Technology, Electrical Technology, Instrumentation Technology are encouraged to apply.
